Welcome to the Athey Creek Network! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Minecraft server, website, forums, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
You are responsible for any actions that take place on your Minecraft account while connected to our Services. You must keep your account information secure. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
While using our Services, you agree to abide by our community rules. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension from our Services without notice. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Cheating or Hacking: Using any unauthorized client modifications, hacks, scripts, or software that provides an unfair advantage over other players.
Griefing and Raiding: Intentionally destroying or damaging other players' builds or property without permission in designated non-PvP/non-griefing areas.
Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks against other players or staff members.
Inappropriate Content: Sharing any content that is obscene, pornographic, hateful, excessively violent, or otherwise objectionable. This includes skins, builds, and chat messages.
Spamming: Sending repetitive, unwanted, or meaningless messages in chat or through our communication platforms.
Exploiting Bugs: Abusing server bugs or glitches for personal gain. You must report any discovered bugs to our staff immediately.
Impersonation: Impersonating other players or staff members.
Real-World Trading: Buying, selling, or trading in-game items or services for real-world currency or other out-of-game items.
Our staff reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these rules.
Our server is free to play. However, we may offer virtual items, ranks, or other perks in exchange for voluntary donations to support the server's operational costs.
No Refunds: All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable. Attempting to charge back or dispute a payment will result in a permanent ban from our Services.
Virtual Items: Virtual items have no real-world value and are provided as a thank-you for your support. We reserve the right to change or remove any virtual items or perks at any time.
Not Affiliated with Mojang: Athey Creek Network is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
Any content you create on our server, including but not limited to builds, chat messages, and forum posts, is considered User-Generated Content. By creating this content, you grant Athey Creek Network a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, modify, and display this content in connection with our Services. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account from our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
In no event shall Athey Creek Network, its owners, or staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through in-game announcements. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
