Tier 1 Punishment Ladder

Tier 1 infractions follow a progressive punishment ladder that begins with a Warning and increases the duration of a mute with each subsequent offense:

Tier 1 Infractions

• Spamming: Repetitively posting similar or different messages in quick succession in any channel.

• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player or a staff member. This includes using a similar nickname or explicitly claiming to be a staff member, an alt account, an ex-staff member, or a developer when you are not.

• Microphone Disruption: Making unpleasant or excessively loud noises into your microphone, or using voice changers in a disruptive manner.

• Misusing Features: Inappropriate use of designated channels or server features, including, but not limited to:

  • Misusing specific channels (e.g., the #support channel).

  • Misusing server bots.

  • Posting troll, off-topic, or non-constructive messages in suggestion channels.

Discord Tier 2 Punishments

The following rules infractions fall under Tier 2 and are subject to the punishment ladder detailed below.

Standard Punishment Ladder

Infractions under this section follow a progressive punishment ladder, escalating with each subsequent offense:

Tier 2 Infractions (Standard Ladder)

• Inappropriate Chat: Referencing vulgar, sexual, or illegal drug-related topics. "Illegal drug-related topics" are defined as anything deemed illegal by Local laws.

• Direct Swearing: Swearing directly at another user. This includes abbreviations (e.g., "f u") and is punishable when it successfully bypasses the chat filter.

• Server Disrespect: Direct insults aimed at the server without offering any constructive criticism or factual basis. This does not include genuine suggestions for improvement.

• Inappropriate Username, Status, or About Me: Utilizing profiles that reference vulgar, sexual, or illegal drug-related topics. "Illegal drug-related topics" are defined as anything deemed illegal by Local laws.

• Unnecessarily Pinging Users: Pinging users for no legitimate reason. If you require support, please use a support ticket. Avoid pinging the owner or a developer at all costs.

• Non-Discreet Advertising: Sharing the IP address, website, Discord invite, or other applicable form of "advertisement" for another server in a public chat (or in messages to multiple users) when there is no clear intention to permanently drive players away from the Asgard Realms Network.

Severe Advertising Punishment Ladder

Infractions under this section are considered more severe and start at a longer mute duration, escalating with each subsequent offense:

Severe Tier 2 Infraction

• Malicious Advertising: Sharing the IP address, website, Discord invite, or other applicable form of "advertisement" in a malicious manner with the clear intent to direct or lure players away from the Asgard Realms Network. A key example of this behavior is spamming a server IP into chat.

Instant Permanent Ban

• Permanent Ban: Any behavior not covered in the above sections but deemed highly detrimental to the server and community, which may result in an immediate and Permanent Ban without prior warning or a ladder progression. This is reserved for the most severe offenses.

Discord Tier 3 Punishments

Infractions under Tier 3 are considered serious offenses that actively disrupt the community atmosphere. These rules are applied strictly, and any chat messages that fall under a Tier 3 rule (or above) can be moderated even if they were successfully filtered by the system.

Tier 3 Punishment Ladder

Tier 3 infractions follow a progressive punishment ladder, escalating significantly with each subsequent offense:

Tier 3 Infractions

• Harassment: Initiating or participating in drama, bullying, or negative discussion about other players. This also includes the intentional spread of misinformation about other members. Harassment is generally defined as behavior that contains a negative connotation, annoyance, or insults directed at a player.

• Being a Nuisance: Simply put, do not be unnecessarily annoying or disruptive. Examples include:

  • Spam pinging staff members.

  • Continually disrupting chat flow or general conversations.

  • Any behavior that falls under the general definition of being a nuisance.

Discord Tier 4 Punishments

Infractions under Tier 4 are considered the most severe offenses and carry the highest level of penalty. These actions are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban from the Asgard Realms Network.

Tier 4 Punishment Ladder

Tier 4 infractions immediately escalate to server bans, following this progressive ladder:

Tier 4 Infractions

• Disrespect & Discrimination: Any attempt to marginalize or disrespect an individual based on their gender identity, sexuality, or race. This includes using slurs or suggesting negative connotations related to an unchangeable attribute (such as gender, sexuality, race, disability, or disease).

• Encouraging Harm: Encouraging any kind of harm toward another player or toward oneself. Harm includes, but is not limited to, violence, illness, self-harm, or suicide. This rule will be enforced even if qualifiers like "in-game" are added to the message.

• IRL Threats: Threatening another player's real-life safety or well-being. This rule will be strictly enforced regardless of whether phrases like "in-game" are added to the message.

Welcome to Athey Prisons!

Overview: What is Athey Prisons?

Athey Prisons is a classic prison-style gamemode where your primary goal is to work your way up from the bottom of the prison hierarchy to the very top. You'll start as a new inmate in Block A and earn your freedom by mining, selling resources, and ranking up through the prison blocks. The ultimate objective is to Prestige, resetting your progress in exchange for powerful permanent rewards and bragging rights.

Getting Started: Your First Day

When you first log in, you'll find yourself at the prison spawn. Here's what you should do first:

1. Get your Gear: You will start with a basic pickaxe and some food. This is all you need to begin your journey.

2. Find the First Mine: Look for the portal or entrance to Mine A. This is where your grind begins.

3. Start Mining: Enter the mine and start breaking blocks. Your inventory will fill up with ores and other materials.

4. Sell Your Loot: Once your inventory is full, head to the "Sell" NPC or use the command /sellall. This will convert your mined blocks into in-game money.

5. Rank Up: Once you have enough money, use the command /rankup. This will promote you to the next rank, granting you access to a new, more profitable mine.

Core Gameplay & Progression

Ranks & Mines

The main progression loop is simple: Mine -> Sell -> Rank Up.

• Each rank (A, B, C, etc.) has its own dedicated mine.

• Each new mine contains more valuable blocks, allowing you to earn money faster.

• You can check the cost of your next rank-up with /rankup.

Prestiging: The Ultimate Goal

Once you have completed the final rank (e.g., Rank Z or "Free"), you will have the option to /prestige.

• What does it do? Prestiging resets your rank back to A and your money to zero.

• Why do it? In exchange, you will receive powerful, permanent rewards, such as:

  • A permanent money multiplier.

  • Access to exclusive "Prestige Mines".

  • A unique chat prefix to show off your achievement.

  • Special kits or items.

• Prestiging is the true endgame of Athey Prisons and the best way to become one of the server's wealthiest players.

Pickaxe Enchantments

Your pickaxe is your most important tool. You can upgrade it with custom enchantments at the spawn area. Look for the enchantment tables or NPCs. Common enchantments include:

• Efficiency: Mine blocks faster.

• Fortune: Get more drops from a single block.

• Explosive: Create explosions to mine a large area at once.

• Jackhammer: Mine an entire layer of blocks in a straight line.

• Token Finder: Gain special tokens while mining to purchase unique upgrades.

Key Features

Player Plots & Cells

Every player can claim their own private space! Use the command /plot auto or a similar command to get your own plot of land. Here you can:

• Build a base to store your valuable items.

• Set up a farm.

• Create player shops to sell items to others.

Player-Driven Economy

You can create your own shops on your plot to sell items to other players. This is a great way to make money from things other than mining, such as farming or collecting rare items from crates.

Crates & Vote Rewards

You can earn Crate Keys by voting for the server (/vote), participating in events, or sometimes finding them while mining. Take these keys to the crate area at spawn for a chance to win rare pickaxes, valuable items, and large sums of money.
